Become a Volunteer for ISFiT 2027!
Note: To be eligible to apply, you must be residing in Trondheim from now until February 2026.
ISFIT is one of the largest student-driven organizations in Trondheim. In February 2027 we are hosting ISFiT, an international student festival for participants from all over the world and for the city of Trondheim.
To make this happen, we depend on a large crew of volunteers. When the festival is in full swing, around 500 volunteers will help organize and carry out the festival. That is why we have several rounds of recruitment throughout the year. Everyone who applies to become a volunteer at ISFiT is guaranteed an interview. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and hear how you would like to be a part of the festival.
When you apply, you will first be considered for the position you have chosen. You may also be considered for other positions if we think you would be a good fit there. We always take your wishes and preferences into account.
This recruitment round: 19. October – 1. November 2026.
Final recruitment round: 10. January – 24. January 2027.
Note: To be eligible to apply, you must be residing in Trondheim from now until February 2026.
The Sections in ISFiT:
STUDENT PEACE PRIZE
The Student Peace Prize is awarded every two years during ISFiT to a student or student organization that has made an outstanding contribution to peace, freedom, democracy, and human rights. The prize aims to highlight the laureate's work and help it gain greater attention and impact. The Student Peace Prize is also its own section within ISFiT. As a volunteer, you therefore become part of the ISFiT community while working on projects connected to the Student Peace Prize. Read more at studentpeaceprize.org.
