Short about Organizational Resoures:
Would you like to see and work with how an organization of 400 volunteers works from the inside? In the Organizational Resources section, you will get to know the essential parts of a section that manages the organizations internal resources. Whether you are interested in economy and finance, managing people and relations, or planning towards great events, you can help build ISFiT while simultaneously getting to develop yourself both personally and professionally˛Organizational Resources is the backbone in ISFiT and is responsible for the Economy, Finance, IT, Internal Areas and Internal Events. The section works to manage and develop all ISFiT's resources, both economic and personal.
The positions:
Head of Finance
Do you find contact with the business community and negotiating agreements exciting? Do you want to lay the financial foundation and enable the potential of ISFiT? Then you should apply for the position as Head of Finance.
As a head of Finance, you are in charge of funding the world's largest thematic international student festival. You will be responsible for negotiating agreements and handling sponsorships and negotiations with them. You will also conduct training and follow-up of other groups to enable them to carry out the financing of their projects themselves. As part of the section's board, you will have great influence over how and what is funded in the festival. There is no requirement to have financial experience - if you are motivated to do it, you can do it!
Head of Internal Areas
Do you want the responsibility of maintaining and managing the internal areas of ISFiT, while collaborating with people from the different sections of the organization?
As Head of Internal Areas, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the internal areas ISFiT has to their disposal. These areas are used for meetings, workshops and social events, and they are crucial for running the festival and creating a meeting place for ISFiTs volunteers! In this position, you will have the freedom to manage events and create your own events. You will also be responsible for the economy and maintenance of these areas, to ensure that the festival has a great meeting point for the volunteers!
Head of IT
Are you one of those gifted few who likes both software development and team management?
As Head of IT, you will be responsible for multiple development projects and teams. Being the leader of this group, you will have the responsibility to maintain and develop existing products, in addition to the freedom to create new IT projects. Only your fantasy (and the very existing limits of both volunteer work and resources) sets the limits! You will be responsible for leading, training, organizing and managing the IT projects in ISFiT. The development is mainly aimed at three projects; Participant web, Recruitment web, and also a festival app. Web applications are mainly written in React, and typically with a Django backend. The app has been written in React Native. Still, there is no requirement that you have experience with those frameworks, the most important thing is motivation, and a desire to help others develop!

Som Head of Finance står du i spissen for å finansiere verdens største internasjonale studentfestival. Du vil være ansvarlig for å forhandle fram avtaler og håndtere sponsorer. Du vil også drive opplæring og oppfølging av andre gjenger for at de selv skal kunne drive med prosjektfinansiering. Som del av seksjonens styre vil du ha stor innflytelse på hvordan og hva som blir finansiert i festivalen.
Head of Internal Areas
Vil du være ansvarlig for driften av ISFiT sine interne områder? Ønsker du å samarbeide med frivillige fra de forskjellige seksjonene i ISFiT?
Som Head of Internal Areas så kommer du til å ha ansvar for å organisere og drifte de interne områdene som ISFiT disponerer. Disse områdene brukes til møter, workshops og som en sosial møteplass for festivalens frivillige. Det betyr at disse områdene er en enorm ressurs for festivalen og er viktig som møteplass for de frivillige i ISFiT! Head of Internal Areas kommer til å være ansvarlig for økonomien, vedlikeholdet av og driften til disse interne områdene, for å sikre at festivalen har et fantastisk møtepunkt for de frivillige!
Head of IT
Er du en av de heldige få som både interesserer deg for programutvikling og lederskap? Som leder for IT-gjengen vil du få personlig erfaring ved å lede flere IT-teams og prosjekter. Du vil ha overordnet ansvar for å følge opp disse temaene og prosjektene, samt lære mye om utviklingsprosesser og videreutvikling av eksisterende systemer.
Som leder av denne gjengen vil du ha ansvar for opplæring, organisering og prosjektstyring. Utviklingen er hovedsakelig rettet mot tre prosjekter, deltaker-web, rekrutterings-web, og en festivalapp. Webapplikasjoner er hovedsakelig skrevet i React, og typisk med en Django backend. Appen har vært skrevet i React Native. Det er derimot ikke noe krav at du har erfaring med akkurat dette fra før, det viktigste er motivasjon, læringsvilje, og et ønske om å hjelpe andre med å bli bedre!
