Night-Days
performance
Written for ISFiT 2009. (Today: ISFiT ID only). Theatre ISFiT is proud to present “Night-days”, a new play written by Kristofer Blindheim Grønskag. It is written especially for this year’s festival, with our main topic, peacebuilding, as a starting point. Night-days tells the story of the author Elliott and his friends, and how they all get involved in the creation of Elliott’s latest play. In small glimpses we get to see Elliott struggling to overcome a writer’s block with the help of his unorthodox psychiatrist Jason. We are introduced to his friends Frank and Deb, his worked up editor, beautiful Sofia and his uncompromising friend Bull. Can art in any way affect people’s lives? Experience Elliott’s life as he confronts not only his own reality, but also his own art. |
